Time of payment

For credit card payment, payment will be made at the time of shipment.

Product delivery time

Products will be delivered approximately one week after order receipt.
(For home delivery service, date and time can be specified.
Customers on a regular course will receive the product at the specified interval.
Please confirm the next regular delivery date on the delivery slip.

Returns, Exchanges, and Return Policy

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, a damaged product in transit, or a product that is different from your order, we will replace or refund the shipping costs at our expense.
In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns (refunds) are limited to unopened items. Please do not return unopened items. (If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.)

If you wish to change, suspend, or cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled delivery date.
